Sauce to game
Many people eat cranberry sauce or cranberries at all to game dishes. I got to know something while traveling in Holland (yes, I know ...)
Dutch venison filets with sauce "Flying Dutchman"
1 glass of applesauce (fine without pieces)
1 can of peas
lemon juice
some ginger root
Applesauce (which is fine) and puree (drained) peas (with Quickchef of Tupper or Pürrierstab) to about 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and a little ginger (grated). If you like, you can also spice something with nutmeg.
If you prefer the traditional color, you can add some beetroot (1-2 slices) or just the juice.
