Fruit yoghurt collected by yourself

We all like yoghurt and we always have plenty of fresh fruit there. So we often do ours fruit yoghurt even.

Everything is easy and tastes delicious. (Has much less sugar and no flavor enhancers.)

You need:


500 g of yogurt with 1.5% fat
200 g of quark (lean stage)
3 tablespoons milk
1 tbsp honey
2 - 3 bananas

(You can of course also fresh pineapple, apples, pears or other fruit.)

The fruit is simply mixed with the milk and then minced with the hand blender. The yoghurt and cottage cheese come in a large bowl and I add the EL honey. Then the small fruit comes into the bowl and everything is stirred.

You can fill this yogurt in small containers and take with you on the way, if you do not manage to eat everything directly. Sometimes we also like the "wholegrain" variant. Then just add some wholemeal oatmeal. We try to leave out sugar, but who does not like it without sugar ...
