Garlic baked potatoes are delicious as a grill side dish

Have used this recipe for garlic-baked potatoes, often at various barbecue parties or just as a side dish to meat. After it arrived totally awesome I share that with you.

ingredients

  • potatoes
  • garlic
  • Caraway, whole
  • olive oil

preparation

Preheat the oven to approx. 200 ° C. You take a few potatoes (I take about 5-7 large potatoes for 2-3 people) and cut them into small 1-2 cm cubes. The whole thing then comes in a large bowl to stir.

Then you add a few pressed garlic cloves (it always depends on how spicy / garlic-containing you would like it :) I usually take 2 pieces of Chinese garlic), a handful of caraway and then olive oil, so much that the potato cubes shine nicely whole is then mixed well.

The mixture is then spread on a baking tray with baking paper and doing the whole about 20-25 minutes inside, in between you should turn the dice times or mix. They are finished when they are lightly browned.

So that was my first recipe tip, eliminates the inaccurate amounts or times, I do the whole thing always feeling. Hope it tastes good and I am glad about feedback and suggestions for improvement.
