Germany salad for football international match parties
You need:
4-5 cans of tuna in its own juice (à 185 g)
2-3 white big onions
1 big yellow pepper
1 big red pepper
about 30 black olives (best are hardly or unsalted olives from the tin can *)
Olive oil, salt, black pepper, lemon juice
Cut the onions, peppers and olives into small cubes, mince the tuna pieces with the fork. Put all the ingredients together with the tuna infusion in a large bowl. Season with a marinade of olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
This tastes best baguette or flatbread.
