Making paw print of animals from salt dough

This sweet little keepsake is made quickly and a nice decoration, of course, provided the animal plays with it.

Make a regular salt dough:

ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup salt
  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil
  • water

That's how it's done

Knead the ingredients together with a little water (as you feel like) until you have a good clay. If too much water, then add some flour. Have formed a ball and pressed it with his hand something smooth, then I persuaded our dog, but briefly press his paw, he had a good day;)

Leave to dry in preheated oven at 150 degrees for approx. 30 - 40 minutes, then cool and brush with color as desired. I took some wall paint for the outsides and for the imprint of gold. If you want, you could shape the piece in a different way, to the heart, etc., also press in a straw above, then you can hang the whole thing up.

Such imprints are also a nice gift.
