Very refreshing, quick-cooking, low-calorie and healthy drink from a watermelon.

The tip is quite short, but the result really delicious and refreshing:

  1. Wash watermelon from the outside.
  2. Halve, quarter and cut into small pieces (remove from the shell).
  3. Put the pieces into a blender (quantity as desired) and just puree.
  4. If you want, you can also add ice cubes and mince them, but you can also put the ice cubes into the glass at the end, as you like. I had the melon in the fridge and it was cool enough for me.
  5. If you want, you can add some lemon juice.
  6. Water and sugar addition is not necessary.
  7. When seeds are present, it does not matter, they are also healthy and they are simply mashed.

I just stumbled upon the idea of ​​pureing watermelon and did not know it before. Maybe someone else is here.
