Chilli salad

After we had chilli and rice from another dish lately, I came up with the idea to mix it with the rice the next day. Tasted cold 1A and for the summer or celebrations the Renner! Would not be surprised if it would taste so great with pasta, just try it out.

Here are the ingredients:

  • 500 g of mixed minced meat
  • 1 can of Kidey beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1-2 peppers schningeschnibbelt (color really matter)
  • 1 glass of Arrabiata sauce
  • 1 tin of pizza sauce with chili
  • 3-4 large cups of rice (just give it a try if it's ok and if you want to mix in rice)
  • 2 Knobizehen
  • 1 big onion

preparation

Sauté the meat, add the kidney beans, the fried onions, the onions and the corn, add the sauces, simmer a bit. Let this mass cool and mix with the boiled rice just as cold (test whether it is ok from the amount, and if necessary add more or less rice).

Season with Maggi, pepper or according to taste (possibly with chile spice).

From the crowd it will be enough for 3-4 people.
