Help with extremely red cheeks

I have extremely red cheeks by nature! Like coming home from a winter walk! That bothers me that's why I'm doing this to soothe my skin:

First you warm 1.5 liters of water, so it almost boils! Then you add 2 teabags of chamomile tea, cover your head with a cloth over it and stay that way for 10 minutes! I do that once a week.

Then I also make a mask once a week: 3-5 tbsp. Curd (or natural yoghurt) 2 tbsp. Warm chamomile tea. Leave this mixture on the skin for 20 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Helps me with miracles!
