Indian chicken korma

For 4 people take:
4 chicken breast fillets
1 big onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon tomato paste
100g almond flakes
100g raisins
500ml chicken broth (instant)
400ml coconut milk
1-2 tbsp ginger (ground)
1 tbsp cloves (ground)
1 tbsp cardamom (ground)
1 tsp coriander (ground)
1 tsp allspice (ground)
1 tbsp caraway (ground)
1 tsp turmeric (ground)
Chili (flakes or fresh)
salt
pepper
Oil for frying

1. Chop the onion and garlic and cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.

2. Sauté the onions, cloves and cardamom with a little oil in a saucepan until the onions become glassy.

3. Add chicken meat to the pot, season with garlic and ginger and fry well.

4. Add coriander, allspice, cumin, turmeric, chili. Stir well and fry. Dissolve chicken bouillon powder in water.
5. Add the tomato paste, almond flakes (possibly a few for decoration), raisins, chicken broth and coconut milk, stir and simmer for a while. FINISHED!

Served with rice! You should be able to find the spices in every normal supermarket. Once you have the spices, this food is really easy to do and saves you the money for an Indian restaurant!

Although I do not know if the recipe is totally true to the original, but it tastes absolutely delicious! The quantities are only guidelines, because I cook more for feeling. It's best to spice up the way it tastes best. And do not worry: the spices smell a bit at first, but when the sauce is ready, you can not get enough of it!
