Super delicious ice cream with Baileys: Je to taste, to individually and flexibly refine, with different toppings.

ingredients

  • 500 g cream well chilled
  • 400 g milk girl, sweetened condensed milk, well chilled
  • 250 ml to 350 ml Baileys (do this as per feeling, or 8 cl to 10 cl approximately per divided mass to refine)

preparation

  1. Beat the chilled cream almost stiff. Carefully fold in the sweetened condensed milk (milk girl) which is also well chilled while stirring slowly.
  2. Gradually divide the ice cream into portions and gently stir in the Baileys (or directly into the complete ice mass, but can also be done without Baileys).
  3. Nutella fits in well, even in connection with the Baileys, but is all a matter of taste.
  4. There are no limits to refine the ice mass.
  5. Put the finished portions into the freezer for at least 5 hours, but never get them out less than 8 hours in advance.

  • Oreo or other cookies
  • Blockschokolade
  • Hazelnut brittle
  • Coconut chocolate (the one from Aldi)
