Make calorie-free lemonade yourself

Do you also have the problem that you do not want to buy crates, but the tap water tastes desolate? Then here's the remedy - Homemade and even calorie-free lemonade.

I just filled a glass with about 250 ml of water, a good dash of lime juice (which was in the green packaging, which lasted for a long time, there was in my Aldi Nord) added and again a few drops of liquid sweetener (eg from "Tip", there's cheap at the real). Stir and drink a few times!

I was perplexed, it actually tastes like Sprite, but non-carbonated of course. But who such Sodamaxx devices o.ä. Of course, this can also be done at home. Or just mix with soda instead of tap water, but as I said personally I do not want to buy extra water tanks.

The trick here is to get the optimal mixing ratio, so that it does not taste too sour or too sweet. With me about 1 strong lime egg press and about 3 ordinary splashes of liquid sweetener in 250 ml of water. But as I said, these are just rough guideline values.

Could well imagine that you could handle other tastes with it.

For example, There are these baking flavors that you might have bought for the Christmas bakery. Since you could quite orange limo or more exotic flavors like Kokoslimo hinbekommen - if you happen to have something at home, so you need not spend extra money!

If you are not on sweetener, you just take sugar, honey or maple syrup - yes, no one is forced to save calories. If someone comes with "in lime juice but there are also calories in it" - yes, you're right, but with the few ml, I think that is negligible. By the way, you can of course also a fresh lime or lemon squeeze (then please pour through a fine sieve into the water!), It will just be more expensive everything and you may not know what to do with the rest of the juice.
