Meat salad "light"
For all those who like to eat meat salad on the bun and then refrain from it because of the many calories and the high fat content:
I left broccoli florets (cooked gently in a pressure cooker) and came up with the idea of crushing them with a fork and adding a little bit more, d. H. with me garlic, chilli - but everyone as he likes. I mixed half of the meat salad with the broccoli, that was about 1/3 meat salad and 2/3 broccoli, but anyone can do it as he likes.
Tasted great, is thus "extended" and therefore has much less fat from the vegetables.
