Mousse au Chocolat - no protein, but delicious!
Super delicious calorie bomb without egg whites, which could possibly become liquid again. That's what I hate when it comes to desserts, when then half-liquid protein swims around below ...: -o
So, everything is simple
- Melt 300g dark chocolate in a water bath (or mix bittersweet and whole milk, then it gets even sweeter).
- Beat 6 egg yolks with 125g sugar until frothy (just a few minutes!).
- Stir in liquid chocolate into the yolk-sugar mixture.
- Beat 500g of cream, fold in.
- in the fridge for a few hours.
