Pasta rice tastes super delicious and really extraordinary, for me better than Basmati rice:

  1. Take a pot and let it about a teaspoon of butter (margarine is too, just tastes not so good) melt until it sizzles.
  2. Then crumble 1-2 normal noodle noodles between the hands into the pot with the liquid butter.
  3. Finally, fry the dry or uncooked noodles in toasted brown (smells supi, when done, but beware, can also turn black quickly, so diligently stick to it and stir).
  4. Finally, you add basmati rice (I always take half a cup) and extinguish it all with 1 - 1 1/2 cups of water, so that the rice and the noodles can be cooked.
  5. Simmer with lid until the water has evaporated, before tasting with a teaspoon instant broth or a pinch of salt.

Not only tasty, but by the brown noodles in it an absolute eye-catcher!
