Prevent pimples with linseed oil
Since I myself suffer from pimples, I wanted to contribute my mustard and say, what helps me, if I have had too much to drink.
I get pimples immediately the next morning, when I've had a drink, even if it was just a small glass of wine, the pimple is there.
So I went to the health food store and got some advice, and the lady gave me linseed oil. And it really helps. At least preventive. So when I'm drunk, I'll take a teaspoon of linseed oil (native please) before going to bed and drink enough water and the pimple does not even arise.
