Peel jacket potatoes lightly and quickly
Today I learned from this great tip, how to peel potatoes very easily and quickly, and tried it out immediately.
You scratch the potatoes slightly before cooking with the knife tip (not too deep!). After cooking, the cooking water is poured off, then the potatoes are briefly doused with cold water (quenched). Now you can easily peel it by pulling the shell on the cut with your fingers to both sides. It works really wonderful!
