pudding cake

ingredients

  • 4x custard powder (variety is a matter of taste)
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 packet of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt

preparation

Beat the oil, sugar and egg yolks with the mixer until frothy, mix the custard powder with the baking powder and stir in slowly. Approximately Add 1-2 egg whites, stir, then whip up remaining egg whites with the pinch of salt and bring them under the pudding mixture. Then bake in a greased and crunchy cupcake form at 150 to 180 degrees for 50 minutes, done.
