Quark layer dessert ala Black Forest

So, my debut as a recipe writer ...

Due to recent events, I wanted to introduce you to my delicious layered dessert of cottage cheese and sour cherries ...

You need for 3-4 servings:

500 g quark 20%
250 g of natural yoghurt 1.5%
2-3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tbsp sugar
1 packet of bourbon vanilla sugar

1/2 glass of sour cherries
2 tbsp chocolate chips made of dark chocolate

possibly 1cl kirsch water for the adult version

So, now for the preparation:

For mixing you need 2 bowls on the 250 g quark and 125 g of yogurt are distributed. In a bowl, mix the cocoa and 3 tablespoons of sugar with the cottage cheese, stir in the other the vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Strain the sour cherries, catch the juice for a delicious cherry spritzer or something similar.

Now it's up to layers:

First dark quark mass, then light quark mass, then fill cherries in a larger glass or a higher Desserschale. If you like it can give you a splash of kirsch to the cherries. Then layer another round so that the bright quark stays on top, as the last layer. Then place a cherry in the middle and sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of chocolate grated on top.

Simply repeat this procedure with all 3-4 glasses and simsalabim you have made a delicious, totally simple layer dessert ... And it looks good! :-)

Of course, the whole thing works well with other fruits ... I'm looking forward to tips and new ideas!

Best regards,

Naraai
