Banana sago and coconut soup

An easy-to-prepare Asian dessert:

Ingredients (for 2-3 pers.):
450 ml coconut milk (1 can)
3-4 tbsp sugar (or honey)
1 pinch of salt
1/2 Coffee Cup Perlsago (or Tapioca)
1 banana, sliced

Preparation:
Pour the coconut milk and sago / tapioca into a saucepan and simmer on a low heat while stirring for about 10 minutes until the sago / tapioca are tender. Simmer the banana for a short time. Finally, sweeten with sugar or honey to taste and add a pinch of salt.

The dessert is eaten warm.
