Sauerbraten spice homemade

I make my spice blends myself, which is much cheaper than finished bought. For Sauerbraten, e.g. you need pepper, coriander, mustard, paprika, allspice, juniper, bay leaves, cloves. Except for the laurel, things are relatively hard to fish out of the sauce again. So I mix all the rest, mash them in an old coffee grinder roughly (you can also mortify this) and fill them in portions in tea bags. Crushed, the spice is more productive and with the help of the bag you can easily get it from the rear.
