Simple ice cream cake

ingredients
- 1/2 l of milk
- 1 cube of coconut fat
- 1 egg
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1-2 tbsp sugar
- 2 packets of Fesana (cream stabilizer for 1/2 l of milk)
- 1 glass of fruits
- grated chocolate
preparation
- Bring 1/2 liter of milk to a boil with 1 cube of coconut oil
- Let cool and mix with 1 egg 5 minutes with the stir bar
- Put in the refrigerator overnight
- Add 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar, as well as 2 packets of Fesana (cream stabilizer for 1/2 l) to the mixture on the following day and mix with the blenders until the mixture solidifies
- Put half of the mixture on a cake, fruits on top and the rest of the mixture above
- Finally sprinkle with chopped chocolate.
