Simple ice cream cake

ingredients

  • 1/2 l of milk
  • 1 cube of coconut fat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of Fesana (cream stabilizer for 1/2 l of milk)
  • 1 glass of fruits
  • grated chocolate

preparation

  1. Bring 1/2 liter of milk to a boil with 1 cube of coconut oil
  2. Let cool and mix with 1 egg 5 minutes with the stir bar
  3. Put in the refrigerator overnight
  4. Add 1 packet of vanilla sugar and 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar, as well as 2 packets of Fesana (cream stabilizer for 1/2 l) to the mixture on the following day and mix with the blenders until the mixture solidifies
  5. Put half of the mixture on a cake, fruits on top and the rest of the mixture above
  6. Finally sprinkle with chopped chocolate.
