This is how it's done:

  1. Wash or brush greens (root system, parsley root, etc.) (do not peel!)
  2. Cook gently with a little water
  3. Everything with a blender, kitchen machine etc. "crush"
  4. Fill the resulting mus in ice-cream bag, seal and freeze
  5. If necessary, remove individual balls

So is always for each type of stews or meat, a very tasty addition (proportionately add water) at hand.
