Stretching exercise that immediately brings relief in stiff neck

Have you ever woken up with a totally tense neck? This is a very nasty pain, and puts you pretty out of action. Even writing on a computer hurts - physical work is unbearable.

So far I have been able to help myself quite well with this tip without tablets:

Sit down on a chair. First reach under the chair with your left hand, breathe quietly to 5 and pretend to pull the chair up slightly. She pushes her chin like a turtle.


Repeat with the other side.

Repeat three times - I hope you feel better then.

You can also alternately put a heat and a cold pack on the neck. So either a hot pillow or an electric hot water bottle - for 3 minutes, then two minutes, a cooling element from the freezer, wrapped with paper towel. Otherwise it is too cold.

And repeat again. First hot, then cold! Well, you see, it's better!
