White sauce with pasta or rice
This tip is a secret recipe for a white sauce from my mother and of course I would like to share that with you:
You take:
2 cups of cream (that sounds like a lot is necessary), 4 egg yolks and half a glass of orange juice.
That is how it goes:
Mix everything in a pot with the blender to form a bubble layer and cook at low temperature for about 5 minutes.
If necessary, season with salt. You can also mix in some nutmeg.
To eat the sauce for example to tortelini, rice or noodles. Generates great enthusiasm with us!
