Wimp (not from Mum, but from Daddy)
ingredients
- Ice-cooled grain
- Iced grain glasses
- Matjiesfilets
preparation
Cut the matje fillets into 3-4 cm short pieces. On baking paper in the freezer compartment short "iron", about 10-15 minutes, should not be completely solid, only slightly frozen.
Place grain in shot glasses and 1 piece of Matjes so that approximately half looks out over the edge.
Drink: Slowly sling Matjes in and chew well. Just before swallowing, tip the grain afterwards.
Sounds perverted, looks perers, but is super delicious.
