Juicy and loose marble cake

The recipe for this marble cake I have from my mom, but I have changed it a little, so my marble cake stays longer loose and juicy.
ingredients
- 250 g margarine (I prefer Sanella)
- 250 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 pck vanillin sugar
- 400 g of flour
- 1 pck of baking soda
- 1/8 l of milk
- Cocoa, about 30 g, depending on your taste
- Margarine and some breadcrumbs for the cake pan
preparation
- First, margarine, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar are stirred smoothly for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the flour and baking powder and add them spoonfulwise to the dough.
- Stir until you have a smooth dough. The milk is added in small portions to the dough while the flour is stirred in.
- Grease the baking pan (everyone does with other products).
- I take margarine and a brush and paint the baking pan. To the bottom of the mold I add a small amount of breadcrumbs so that the cake does not stick in the mold.
- I then add 2/3 of the amount of dough to the mold. To the remaining amount of dough I give cocoa, about 30 g. I can not quantify the amount exactly, because I do it by eye. Should not be too dark, the dough. Stir until smooth with the mixer and pour into the mold.
- So that the cake gets a nice "pattern", I take a tablespoon and mix the dough in the form and then smooth it.
- Then he comes in the NOT preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. This is only an empirical value of mine and deviates from the respective stove type. I only use top heat.
The cake shape was created by my father more than 70 years ago as a Former and I inherited it from my parents. I bake my marble cake only in this form, even if it is heavy and I also need breadcrumbs. Every cake reminds me of my childhood and I will cherish this cake shape forever.
