Also pay attention to sun protection in spring
According to the weather forecast, it will be very sunny and warm in many parts of Germany in the next few days. Even though I enjoy the warmth and sun, I never forget to protect my skin with a good sun protection even in spring. Above all, I cream my face with a day cream that has at least SPF 15.
In the coming days I will certainly also cream and arms. However, with a special product from the pharmacy, since my skin tends to irritate the sun. That's why I need this product.
Many people think that the sun does not have the same strength in spring as it does in summer, but you can even get a sunburn in spring.
Therefore, I think it is very important, especially for children, that they are adequately protected from the sun. SPF 30 or better even higher should be there when creaming for the kids already.
For a good sunscreen, you do not necessarily have to dig deep into your pocket. Even "No Name" products have good to very good test results. But no matter which product you choose, protecting the skin from sunburn and harmful UV rays should be worth the expense.
In this sense, I wish everyone a nice "early summer" in the next few days! At temperatures of up to 30 degrees (on the Rhine - according to wetter.de) will certainly not only enjoy the great weather :-)
