Fine apple pie

Here's an apple cake a bit different. Due to its processing it is nice juicy. He comes back to me always good.

I do a normal mix:

  • 375 g of flour
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 150 g of butter or margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • some baking flavor (to your taste)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 scarce packet of baking soda

preparation

The whole is given a greased Springform (28 cm)

Next, about 1 kg Äpel not too finely grated. The whole is generously distributed on the dough. Finally, sprinkle a handful of sugar over the apples.


The baking time is approx. 1 hour at approx. 175 degrees.

Something depends on the baking time of the apples used.

The juicier the apples are, the longer the cake has to stay in the oven.

When I was writing the recipe, my mouth was watering. Must bake him again the next days.
