Apple does not turn brown
Here's a little tip for apple eaters that do not want the sliced apple to turn brown.
I like to eat apples, but I make my own cuts or I cut half an apple. Now that I find it really "ugly" when you cut the apple and it will brown in 10 minutes, I had a great idea.
When I cut the apple, I immediately rub the apple on a lemon. And lo and behold ... the apple stays bright for a day and does not darken. It may be that many find it unnecessary, but I think it's great.
