Manchego with quince jelly and apricots

ingredients
- 160 g Manchego cheese
- 90 g dried apricots
- 90 g quince jelly
- 40 g almond slivers
preparation
- Dice the apricots very finely.
- Heat the quince jelly in a water bath and stir in the apricot cubes.
- Allow the mixture to cool.
- Unbork the cheese and cut into slices of approx. 5 mm.
- Spread the slices with the fruit mixture and sprinkle with almonds.
Delicious after a good meal or as an amuse-bouche before dinner.
