Assembly instructions inadequate - what to do?

More variety for our tomcat Sammy - with some difficulties: One week ago I ordered a new scratching post for our tomcat Sammy. When it was delivered, I decided to build it right away. The cat tree is much larger than the one Sammy had in front of it and offers more variety.

The assembly instructions were very inadequate, a small sheet with a drawing and details of the various components.

Since I can not cope with it, I have turned to the seller, who then sent me an e-mail detailed instructions.

I think it is quite justified, after a purchase, whether stationary or online, that you as a customer is able to request all necessary information and to receive promptly.

If I am not satisfied with a purchase, then this is reflected in my review of the purchased item again. So everything was to my satisfaction and the review was positive.

Have you ever needed additional information after a purchase because the included ones were inadequate? What have you done?

I always choose the path of direct contact to get rid of a problem quickly. So far that has always worked.
