Baked apple slices

From time to time and especially, when it is so warm, you often do not like eating so much and you do not spend too much time cooking in the kitchen. But maybe a sweet little thing would be just the right meal to eat, and if the preparation does not require too much work, then a small dish is definitely the right decision and I'm sure everyone will love the baked apple slices with custard.

Ingredients for 2 to 3 servings

  • 80 g of flour
  • 1/8 l of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 - 3 not too small, slightly sour apples
  • Cinnamon, sugar (powdered sugar)
  • Butter lard for frying
  • 1 pck of vanilla sauce to cook or stir cold

preparation

  1. From milk, flour, egg and the pinch of salt stir a thick dough and let rest for 10 minutes. If the dough is still too liquid, add some flour.
  2. Now the apples are peeled, the core casing is gouged out and the apples are cut into thick slices.
  3. In a large pan, you now dissipate plenty of clarified butter. If it is hot enough, the apple slices are dipped one after the other in the dough and slowly baked in light brown at medium heat in hot fat. The apple slices should still keep a little bite and not too soft durchgaren.
  4. When all the slices have finished baking, place them on a plate and sprinkle with plenty of mixed cinnamon sugar. The apple slices can now be kept warm in the oven at 50 degrees.
  5. The vanilla sauce is cooked according to the information on the bag either or you use a sauce that is stirred without boiling only with milk.
  6. The sauce is then poured over the still warm apple slices and then enjoy is announced.
