Baking bread instead of bread brings some advantages
From time to time I like to wholemeal bread myself. I used to cook the dough in one piece. But I've come to the conclusion that it is more advantageous to divide the mass into smaller rolls. I can treat the rolls differently to taste with seeds such as poppy seeds, shot or sunflower seeds or even with nothing at all - therefore have more variety. The baking time is only about half the time and what is not needed, can freeze and thaw quickly.
