Barbecues - no bread there? Grilling your own pizza rolls

Our barbecue weekend:
We had everything shopped ... meat, vegetables, onions, dips, etc ... We had forgotten baguettes!

I quickly made a yeast dough out of flour, water, salt, sugar, yeast and oil, made small "pizza rolls", put them on an aluminum dish and put them on the grill.

From time to turn something, and when the desired tan is there serve - tastes really delicious!


Everyone has the ingredients for a "quick yeast dough" in the house. My guests do not want to miss out on the pizza rolls!

They thought that the bread rolls not only taste delicious, but also have a good size.

The next bun I change something ... so with caraway or other spices and herbs.
