Fast Brussels sprouts cream soup

This is a recipe for the remainder utilization. If you're cooking Brussels sprouts, pick up the cooking water, because often after a meal some Brussels sprouts remain (too little as a side dish) and it can quickly become a delicious Brussels sprout soup magic. There are certainly many recipes and variants, if you do not have any ingredient, then you just take something else or leave it. Cooking is creative and exciting.

I usually make the soup that way ... and find it delicious.

Ingredients:


boiled Brussels sprouts leftovers (if you have 1 - 2 boiled potatoes, then omit oatmeal)
Boiled water from Brussels sprouts or milk
vegetarian soup spice and / or salt to taste
1 tbsp of tender oatmeal
(grated nuts, hazelnut or almonds also fit very well)

Now the blender or shaker is used. Mash everything creamy, add liquid until the consistency is right. Heat the cream soup, just a few minutes. Season again with salt, pepper from the mill, fresh grated nutmeg, mixed. Coriander seeds, if you like a bite of butter and / or some cream.

You can have toasted bread or croutons. A quick winter soup.
