Bake bread - use vegetables
I like to bake bread and have a lot of vegetables in the summer, since I invented my own from several recipes.
1 kg of flour (wholemeal spelled, wheat flour smooth or grippy) or to your own taste,
about 700 - 800 ml liquid (consisting of pureed vegetables, with me zucchini zucchini or pumpkin, after thawing finely pureed, milk, buttermilk, yogurt, water, mineral water, sour milk)
1 cube Germ - if you want to go fast, (I often only 1/8 cube Germ + own sourdough, if more time is), 3 teaspoons salt and 3 teaspoons bread spice and nuts and seeds to taste.
Let it go, with little Germ overnight, with much Germ 2 hours and bake at 180 degrees.
