Meatballs in Dutch

Sometimes you want to make the meatballs / meatballs different. I'll do it then, as in my homeland:

Prepare meatballs, as usual, raw. Shaping with your hand, then wrap with bacon or lean bacon and then fry as usual.

You can of course also wrap with ham (raw or cooked) and another variant is: wrap with thin veal or pork cutlets.

The Turkish version is rolled in flour. Everything tastes delicious, also gives a nice sauce. Just try it.
