Toast bread or rolls easier under mince mix

For me only toast bread or rolls in my meatballs or my meatloaf.

It is soaked in milk or water, it squeezes out, and it crumbles. Then it is mixed under.

But then you have the problem that you still find "pieces" of the rolls / toast in the meatballs. I did not like that at some point.

Like every morning, we have freshly mixed fruit juice from fresh fruit. And since there was meatballs on the menu today, I got an idea!

Just put bread / toast into the blender (of course, clean the blender first!), Add some milk. Mixed, and then added to the minced meat dough.

And what should I say? My meatballs and meatloaf have never been so "fluffy"!
