  • 4 eggs

  • 90 g of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 200 g of flour
  • 490 g of milk
  • 113 g of butter or corn oil
  • 113 g of margarine

For the sugar syrup:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 400 ml of water
  • 400 g of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water

preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir with the blender for 5 minutes.
  2. Fill the dough in a greased and floured baking pan and bake at 180 ° C for about 35 minutes.
  3. For the sugar syrup over medium heat the sugar is stirred in a small pot of the water to the lemon juice until the sugar is dissolved. Now stir in the orange blossom water and let the syrup cool down.
  4. After baking, pour the cold syrup over it.
