- 490 g of milk
- 113 g of butter or corn oil
- 113 g of margarine
For the sugar syrup:
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 400 ml of water
- 400 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
preparation
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir with the blender for 5 minutes.
- Fill the dough in a greased and floured baking pan and bake at 180 ° C for about 35 minutes.
- For the sugar syrup over medium heat the sugar is stirred in a small pot of the water to the lemon juice until the sugar is dissolved. Now stir in the orange blossom water and let the syrup cool down.
- After baking, pour the cold syrup over it.
