My cheesecake recipe:

Mix everything well. Grease springform and sprinkle with bread crumbs or lay out with cut baking paper (ready to buy). Fill in the dough. Preheat oven to 180 ° C and bake the cake for about 1 hour. He should look cute! Then turn off the oven and let the cake stand in the open oven again for about 10 minutes.

Try it hot ... then there is no piece to cool down or to take pictures.
