Fluffy cheesecake from the tin

This delicious cheesecake was served here for coffee this afternoon, it is baked quickly and tastes very good to all cheesecake fans.
ingredients
For the dough:
- 100 g of butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 375 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
For covering:
- 1 kg of quark
- 4 eggs
- 250 g of sugar (I usually only take 220 g)
- 3/4 cup of oil
- 2 cups of cream or 2 cups of milk
- 1 pck. Custard powder
- a few drops of lemon juice
preparation
- Knead well the ingredients for the dough and spread well on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with your fingers.
- Then mix the ingredients for the topping and pour it on the dough and slowly put it into the oven, that's it.
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for about 45 minutes.
For circulating air set to 175 degrees, then the cake takes about 55-60 minutes.
