Tip for circulatory victims before getting up:

In the morning I always feel very dizzy after getting up, sometimes I only see asterisks. To get my circulation going, I do a few exercises while lying down, first of course lolling extensively and tensing up changing muscle groups, cycling, sit-ups, raising and lowering legs, etc., which you can do while lying down , After that I can get up without any problems and feel much more alert.
