Crunchy Aufbackbrötchen
Baked rolls from the discounter, z. B. Sunday rolls from A ... are crispier and taste much better if they were previously frozen.
We regularly buy several packs and freeze them for consumption (2 or 4 rolls per freezer bag). The bake time is extended in the frozen state by about 5 minutes, but you do not run the risk that the buns are moldy before reaching the expiration date in the pack, which has happened to us several times in recent years.
