Cut peaches and nectarines

Now is the peach and nectarine time. I do not like to eat these things out of my hands, because then so much juice runs out and a lot of flesh sticks to the core. The solution: cut into pieces - but how? It's easy - with only 3 cuts:

You first cut from top to bottom once, then turn the peach 90 ° and cut again around. And finally, you cut across the belly of the peach - so you get 8 equal parts, which are simply removed from the core by twisting the upper and lower halves against each other ... (if this is explained a bit cumbersome : on the globe you would make the first cut from Europe to South Africa, then from Canada to Argentina and finally the equator long).
