Aching blister on the foot - what to do?
My new shoes made a nice gift to me, a huge aching bladder. What to do?
A colleague gave me the tip every few hours to blot the bladder with a little mouthwash and cotton pad, Listerine should be best, but also with others.
I've done that for 2 days now and the bubble is a lot smaller and does not hurt anymore. The mouthwash has a disinfecting and cooling effect.
As a small help, I've cut off a piece of sanitary napkin and then stuck in the shoe, which cushions well, as long as the shoe is not worn enough.
