Bee sting: easy & fast

This bee sting is guaranteed to succeed everyone. The cake requires little time for preparation.
ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 250 g of sugar
- 1 pck of baking soda
- 150 g of flour
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 pck. Paradise cream vanilla (Dr. Oetker)
- Ground almonds

preparation
- Beat eggs and sugar until foamy and then add flour and baking powder.
- Put the dough in a greased or pan-fried springform pan (26cm), sprinkle with ground almonds and add butter flakes.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes with convection air.
- For the filling, stir 2 cups of cream and let the paradise cream trickle over.
- Fill the mass into the cut cake bottom (of course, when it is cold) and then reassemble the cake. Finished!
