Salty popcorn
15 grams of vegetable oil, or better Palmin with
Heat 3 grams of salt in the microwave at highest speed in a heat resistant microwave. If the fat / oil is hot, add 50 grams of popcorn corn, stir and cover with a lid.
From now on you have to listen well. After about 1 minute pops the first corn.
It is important to find the right switch-off time. The microwave must be turned off when the popping interval
at 2-3 seconds.
Overall, this can take 3-6 minutes (depending on the microwave).
Sweet popcorn
Instead of the 3 grams of salt, 15 grams of sugar are taken.
