Soft butter or Magarine for baking

Why let the butter and Magarine soften? You forgot to take them out of the fridge in time!

Preheat a stove and then turn it off again. Put the butter or Magarine in a saucepan and place on the hot plate until it is about half melted. Then beat everything with the whisk until it becomes a creamy mass. So even every dough is nice and easy!

Incidentally, ideal for cake crumble. Just add the sugar and the flour and knead everything well by hand until it becomes a barley.
