Loose 1 kg in 3 days without tormenting yourself.

After the holidays, I have from the whole Schlemmerreien and too little exercise, 1 kg more on the ribs, and since I do not like to increase the pounds, I fight against it immediately. In 3 days I easily lose 1 kg, without tormenting me.

And that went like this:

In the morning drink a big glass of water, 1 large cup of coffee with some skim milk, at 11 o'clock I had the feeling of hunger, not so nice, so again a big glass of water with a dash of sprite, since I had the need for taste, in the Water one tablespoon of unrefined lentil. Drink with slow swallowing and as the linseed settles to the bottom, add water again and again until the whole grains are gone.

Since you have already drunk so about 500 ml of water and is wonderfully full. In the afternoon I got myself a smoothie made around 2 pm from a plum, an apple and an orange with a teaspoon of linseed.

Dinner around 17 o'clock and quite normal, only a little less. As a reward, a chocolate and 3 pounds goodbye.
