Slimming with oatmeal

With the help of oatmeal, I lost 12 kg in the last six months! Of course, oatmeal also has a lot of calories, but I have to explain it briefly:

Since I've always had a passion for sweets and had, I eventually came to the idea that there must be a food that satisfies my desire for sweets, but is also filling and healthy.

So in the morning I eat a bowl of lightly sugared oatmeal, 1 teaspoon of cocoa over it. Finished! In addition I drink a giant cup of thin coffee (which drives and also saturates). Through the coffee, the oatmeal in the mouth are pretty mushy. I am then full at least 4 hours.

I eat hearty only in very small quantities (sometimes a slice of cheese or ham in between) in the afternoon again oatmeal. In the evening until 19.30 o'clock I eat then eggs or salad. The kilos tumbled without end.

I then bought a weight bench and streamlined my slender body. Today, with almost 46 years, I have a better figure than at a young age. Maybe you like my method of losing weight!
